In The Flames: The Phoenix is Reborn is the forth anime by Karurosu Diasu.
Plot
During the year 6699, a meteor crashs into the Earth, revealing a new metal inside of it. After a year pasts, 39 people who were near the crash started to become something else, something unhuman. As they transformed into a being called "The Corrupted", they started killing all who tried to confine them. But one, who was found inside the meteor, can restore them back to human shape.
